Make a Referral

We accept referrals from statutory and third-sector agencies, as well as self-referrals from individuals seeking support. Get in touch to find out how we can help.

Who Can Make a Referral?

Passageway Housing accepts referrals from a wide range of statutory and voluntary sector organisations, including local authorities, housing associations, probation services, social services, NHS trusts, charities and other third-sector agencies. We also welcome self-referrals from individuals who feel they may benefit from our accommodation and support services.

Referral Criteria

To be considered for our accommodation and support services, individuals must meet the following criteria:

Aged 18 or over
Male or female
Homeless or at risk of homelessness
Eligible to claim housing benefit
Willing to engage with support services
Located in or able to travel to Crawley, Birmingham or Mid Sussex

The Referral Process

Initial Contact

Contact our team by phone or email to discuss the referral and check availability. We will let you know if we have suitable accommodation available.

Referral Form

Complete and submit our referral form, providing details of the individual's needs, circumstances and any risks or vulnerabilities. Self-referrals are welcome.

Assessment

We will review the referral and carry out an assessment to determine whether our service is suitable for the individual's needs.

04

Placement

If the referral is accepted, we will arrange a move-in date and work with you and the individual to ensure a smooth transition into our accommodation.
