Support
Tailored Support for Every Individual
We provide personalised support to help men and women experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.
How We Support You
We understand that many adults experiencing homelessness have specific needs that require targeted support to enable them to become self-sufficient and independent. Our dedicated support workers work closely with each service user to develop and deliver a personalised support plan that addresses their individual needs and aspirations.
Physical & Psychological Wellbeing
We support service users to access physical and mental health services, helping them to manage their health and wellbeing effectively. This includes GP registration, mental health referrals and access to specialist services.
Relationships & Responsibilities
We help service users to develop and maintain positive relationships, manage their responsibilities and build the social skills needed for independent living. This includes budgeting, tenancy management and community engagement.
Development & Opportunities
We support service users to access education, training and employment opportunities, helping them to build the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Safety & Support
We provide a safe, secure and supportive environment where service users can feel protected and supported. We work with statutory agencies to safeguard vulnerable individuals and address any risks.
Our Support Process
Initial Assessment
On arrival, each service user undergoes a comprehensive needs assessment to identify their support requirements, goals and any risks or vulnerabilities.
Support Plan
A personalised support plan is developed in collaboration with the service user, setting out clear goals, actions and timescales.
Key Worker Meetings
Regular one-to-one meetings with a dedicated key worker ensure that progress is monitored and support is adjusted as needs change.
Move-On Planning
As service users progress towards independence, we work with them to plan their move to longer-term accommodation and connect them with ongoing community support.
